Read Our Report on Local Meat Production

IGI commissioned a citizens report on guidelines and opportunities to increase on-island meat production. The report focuses on size-appropriate, humane slaughter and processing solutions. It will help island growers and their supporters move towards resolving the issues around making locally-based meat production feasible and more profitable for local farmers.
